The NC Knights beat the VA Wings in their season opener by a final score of 17-3 on saturday night. Chris Street (5 pts), Derek Orzolick (4 pts), & Phil Molnar (3 pts) all had hat tricks in the win. EJ Lambalzer held a shutout through the 1st half, Garrett Bailey was also impressive in net giving up only 3 goals in the 2nd half as well. Czech standout Rob Blaha of the Wings posted 2 goals on the night. The Knights next game is at the DC Mad Dogs in 2 weeks, hopefully the MLRH website will be updated soon but, until then, I'll try to keep everyone posted on results. Also, the DC Mad Dogs beat the Philly Rage by a Final of 8-7 on monday night, ask Mr. Harrington (falcons77) for the stats on that one. ttyl
