Registration Procedures

· Email Chris Gosha at [email protected] to have one emailed to you or call the Tab Ramos Sports Center to have one faxed to you.

· Fill out form and please email, fax, or mail registration form with a valid credit card.

· Credit Card will not be ran unless team no shows the tournament.

· Full payment is due 1 hour before scheduled 1st game.

· All rosters are due 1 hour before scheduled 1st game.

· Once your 1st game starts all rosters are locked.
