    Becoming a Non-Profit

Help! My program is outgrowing me. I started with a little rat time for kids to play inline four years ago. We now have tournament teams and fund raisers and we're building a new rink which will make us even bigger. I've been able to run things pretty much on my own but now I'd like the program to become a non-profit organization so money doesn't go through me. I've been looking for sites explaining how to go about this with limited success.
Can someone who has done this give me some advice? Thanks and come see our site at www.eteamz.com\berwynbulldoghockey.

Hey Mike. Glad to hear the program is going so well. A quick check on AskJeeves came up with http://www.lib.msu.edu/harris23/grants/znpbib.htm and http://www.1800net.com/nprc/howto.html. Hope those do a bit to help you.
