NCRHA Seeks Two New Staff Members
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
The NCRHA is in search of two new staff members to fill the positions of Director of League Operations and Development Director. These will not be full-time positions but will take up a significant amount of time nonetheless.
The duties of Director of League Operations will include but are not limited to:
Developing, implementing and maintaining a Registration System at the National level which will allow teams, coaches, and referees to register with the NCRHA. This information will also be formatted to be used by the Regional Leagues.
Determining player eligibility throughout the season and working with Regional League Directors to keep current team rosters.
Working closely with all Regional League Directors to make sure that all players have proper insurance both personal and hockey related.
Participating on various committees along with the Executive Director, including the National Championship Committee, Appeals Committee and the Disciplinary Committee.
Facilitating Referee training along with the National RIC.
Day-to-Day League Operations
Various other duties determined by the Board of Directors and the Executive Director.
The duties of the development director will include but are not limited to:
Helping existing clubs obtain the necessary school funding.
Assisting existing clubs in their communication with their school administration.
Explaining the appeal of collegiate roller hockey to school administration.
Detailing the purpose and goals of the NCRHA to school administration.
Developing manuals such as "How to Start a Club," "What a High School Student Should Know About Collegiate Roller Hockey," "What defines a Region, and how to create one?" and a ?Guide for School Administrators? among others.
Representing the NCRHA at high school roller hockey events, NARCh, and other major tournaments.
Helping students at the many colleges and universities around the country that are interested in starting up their own collegiate roller hockey clubs.
Working with USA Hockey Inline help to grow the sport from a grassroots level.

These are both fantastic opportunities to help advance the sport of roller hockey and collegiate roller hockey in particular. These are paid positions. The NCRHA will consider all applicants for their experience, expertise and passion but past experience in related fields is not necessary.
