I was just wondering what the rules are if any regarding players who play narch pro that are on a team the qualify for division III. Also is that the correct division for community and jr. colleges
The actual rules that all the college leagues use is the NCRHA rulebook. So across the country it is the same rules. As for playing Narch Pro, yes it is possible for narch pro players to play in the WCRHL (or any league in the NCRHA). You must satisfy the minimum enrollment criteria, which is yet to be determined for the next season. Likely it will be 6 units or something like that.
Division III is the one for JCs/CCs. In the WCRHL, there are only a handful of JCs, so the DIII schools have the choice to play in the WCRHL under DI or DII, depending on skill and commitment level of the players basically. Then come Nationals, DIII schools will compete against other JCs for the DIII National Championship.
