Deebs Young, one of the best 1989 inline players east of the
Mississippi River was killed in a car accident on the way home from the Atlantic Cup Championships earlier this afternoon.
Deebs last shot won the 14 & under D1 Championship
for the East Coast Generals in the second overtime period,
a sweet backhand winner.
Dave Barrett, coach of the Generals was also critically injured in the accident and his son, goalie Josh Barrett is also in serious condition.

Our Condolences are sent to The Youngs Family. Deebs will be sadly missed by all.
Hopefully the coach and his kid will be ok.
