    Goalie Pads

I'm looking to buy new goalie pads for inline. I don't want to spend an arm and a leg, but want good stuff. If anybody knows of anywhere I can get quality used, or discounted new pads, please let me know. Also, if you have suggestions for what good pads are, let me know. Thanks

You can get a pair of Millers custom to your specs for less than buying a stock pair off the shelf. www.goaliestore.com
The service is the best I've ever dealt with. I liked the price on their C/A's so I bought one, custom made. Then when I was in the market for a new pair of gloves about a month ago, I narrowed the choices to either Battram (www.battram.com) or Miller. I went back to Miller. The gloves are awesome. The service was awesome. And my custom gloves shipped in about a week. And the price was really reasonable. I paid about $400 for the set. From now on, I'm buying only from them. I know I've been raving but these guys are tops in gear and customer service. If you're not happy, let them know and they'll fix it.

Take a look see at www.tourhockey.com and look at their inexpensive leg pads, (www.epuck.com sells them)and well all their goalie stuff is inexpensive... I would assume their stuff is for interm. players though...Unfortunately, cheap and goalie gear don't go together well...especially when you are talking about good quality stuff...hope it helps. laters , j-bo

A friend of mine bought the lower-priced Tour goalie pads, and they started to fall apart after only a few games (and he's a bronze level goalie). Luckily, he was able to return them and get his money back.

you might also want to look at Paul Thomson USA's pads. I have a set and they've been excellent.
