Ottakringer trade for Lee

The Garden State Ottakringer would like to announce the signing of G Roger Lee formerly of Boston & Virginia. The addidtion will bolster the team as they head toward the 2004 playoffs. Roger and Adam Fischer will split time in net for the remainder of the regular season.

The terms of the deal will not be disclosed. Bill and I worked long and hard to make this one happen and I believe we both benefited from the deal.

What about "good luck and congrats to the Storm?"

Well since the details are a secret, it certainly doesn't look like the Storm recieved anything for Rog....

Thanks for the kind words. Terms of the deal are not disclosed but i can say that both teams gave and recieved to make this happen or Boston wouldnt have let Lee go for nothing. Id like to again thank Marty for his part of the work in making this deal happen. We are looking forward to a playoff run now with teammates coming off of injuries and finally having 2 capable goaltenders again. Its been a long road and things will certainly get smoother with the addition.

PS You better come try a jersey on this fall at camp. Im counting on you to do so.

Quiet Rob. Don't give them any ideas. I guess I'm considered a rookie on the team. Throwing stuff out like puck bags and stuff, next thing you know I'll have to start carrying water bottles, puck bags and the like. By the way, what's with the one word IM the other night?
