    rhockey compared to icehockey skates?

Hey. I was wondering what I should do now. I just started rollerhockey this year and bought mission proto v's and like them a lot. Now the question I have is this. What ice skate should I get?? Should I stay with a mission booted skate since I am used to the proto v? or do you need a stiffer or softer boot for ice? I am not a "serious" player as I am too old to keep up with the younger fella's for sure. But, I do want something comfy and good at a resonable cost as I am a family guy. That means I am cheap! out of necessity.. anyways.. suggestions? thanx and check out my lil roller hockey site... http://nav.to/bruhahockey laters, j-bo

Stick with mission because your foot is used to it. but u will need a stiffer boot.
Amp 3 is great deal for 250$ cuz it has 7.5 stiffnes sensory outsoles and the fiberskin technology so it is very comfortable and supportive. If that is too much dont go below the amp 5 wich is 6.5 stifness because you are a beginner so u need that support...but amp 3 is much more durable and comfortable after broken in(maybe no need if u have a local boot oven)..missoins are among the easiest to break in anyways.
