    Chassis for CCM 1052

I have a size 12E CCM 1052 hockey skate that I am trying to convert to an inline skate. I bought a Large Mission Generator chassis (which is supposedly for size 12-13 boot) but the local pro shop owner says he's uncomfortable with putting the chassis on the boot b/c it's too small. Is there any other chassis for big feet or is the shop owner crazy?

Actually smaller is often better as it gives you more manouverability. It is common for some elite players to use one size smaller chassis than the standard for that skate size. If the mounting is not compromized, I would say no problem. I wore size 11 952's with a chassis from a size 11 inline skate at one pont. As I recall, most manufacturers only made three sizes of chassis for adult skates(unless that has changed recently)
