I think J-bo will want to let you in on this. Its a great place with good prices. If you live in the southeast its even better since you get things faster (theyre based in Louisiana).

Ive ordered quite a few times from them. Their customer service is outstanding...Kevin has called me up several times to let me know if an item is backordered, and even paid for the product to be shipped separately, or given me a price break on a substitute item. Product selection is good...they are missing some big names like Tour and Hespeler, but hey, they got just about everything else. Prices are also good, as well as shipping times. EPuck is basically the only place that I buy hockey gear these days.

i'm waiting for j_bo to chime in here because i truly believe he is on thier payroll. j/k j_bo. i really like them. you can't say enough about the service. i'm new to some of this, kevin has given me tons of advice on different things. they ship very reliably. (i say this because i've had problems with other sites shipping days after i order, inlinesports.com waited 3 days on one order, and 11 days on another) my last order had one item out of stock and they are having it shipped directly from mission. and this was an item they price matched for me. i have another product i ordered from them that i'm not 100% sold on. i contacted them, i received a letter back the next day telling me to try a few things and to let them know the results. they would be happy to replace this product if i wasn't satisfied. i've referred others there and they have been just as happy. if they have what i need, i will never order from anyone else again.

I've bought MANY items from them- they have great prices but most importantly they have THE BEST service! I bought some Mission Icon shin pads last year, and after 2 months the stitching started to come apart. Kevin had no problem taking them back. That's service!!

Actually, I always brag on epuck because they are hands down the best dealers in hockey gear...PERIOD! Noone will match their service.. Kevin should run for President or something.. If the owners aren't paying him a gazillion dollars they should! He undoublty keeps the customers coming back with his reputation... I wish I was on the payroll... maybe they should give me a lil check for all the promotion I give them eh??? Go to www.epuck.com and email them that line!!
And.. since I am again bragging on them.. If you ever get a chance to go to the store here in Louisiana, do so! It's incredible... like any good business, they are all about SERVICE SERVICE AND SERVICE!! Hard to find a store these days, where the old saying, "the customer is always right" really does mean something.. well.. now the bad part about epuck.......they do not have EVERYTHING that you would want.. some brands they don't carry, and some brands that they do carry, they don't carrythe top of the line from that company or they just carry a few items from that company(TOUR, for example).. but then again.... what store possibly carry everything out there? SO...if you wanna buy hockey gear...Once you try EPUCK you will wonder why you didn't always buy from them... GUARANTEED! laters, j-bo....

E-puck is the only way to go. Service has been excellent.When I ordered wheels that he didn't have in stock, Kevin called me and offered an upgrade for no additional cost. As for Inlinesports.com, steer away, I purchased Mission skates from them at their advertised price, and was over charged because they hadn't updated the pricing in the order database. I've sent 2 emails and called twice with no reply. All I can say is use a credit card that you can at least put the charge in limbo, then maybe they will answer you.
Stick with epuck, you shouldn't have the same problem.

I've used them and I'll jump on the service bandwagon as well. My stuff must have shipped that day.. it was on my doorstep 2 days after I ordered it. Their prices are comparible to most, so if price is important you can sometimes find better elsewhere. However, their site is excellent and very easy to order from. Plus you can trust them, which you can't say about some online shops.

On the price thing.. don't let that get in the way.. epuck will match anyones price! Just email them the web address of the item you want, and if they have it.. epuck matches it! They don't give you the boo-hoos about it either, like they are losing money on an item...I had found Mission PRT blades at a steal(11bucks!) at another site, emailed Kevin, he said, "no problem, and I'll ship it today"Just another great service they have... man.. they should be sending me a check pretty soon eh? laters, j-bo

I've ordered from many different online retailers and ePuck is hands down the best. Unfortunately selection on certain items could be better (particularly replacement blades) but the service is as good as it gets. As long as they have what you ned I wouldn't order from anyone else. Later...
