What cities/markets should the International Speed Hockey League try to place a franchise in? Here is a list of the cities that they will target.

Cities under consideration for year 2004:

And then further expansion.

Year 2006 will divide each conference into two divisions, with each division compiling 4 teams, for a total of 24 North American teams. Further controlled expansion will take place in Europe, with expansion activity beginning in Asia.

'By the year 2008, we intend to have a fully matured North American league, and to have international play with teams both in Europe and Asia.'

I would consider Columbus. Hockey is extremely popular there.
