Dear Roller Hockey Players, Coaches, & Parents,

As many of you are aware that GoodSports USA owns and operates 2 facilities in New Jersey (Aberdeen & Wall). Both facilities are best known for hosting TORHS America Regionals. As of July 31st 2003 the facility in Aberdeen has been sold and renamed to Tab Ramos Sports Center. I Chris Gosha was the GoodSports USA of Aberdeen Inline Hockey Director, and I will also be the Director of Tab Ramos Sports Center.

I understand that the name Tab Ramos is known a soccer player and has nothing to do with roller hockey, but the facility does have an indoor state of the art field turf, which is used for soccer. I can ensure everybody that the roller hockey rink is not going anywhere, and that we will be hosting numerous events this upcoming year.

As you are also aware the Hyper Hockey 1st Annual Fall Classic Tournament was scheduled for September 5th-7th at the GoodSports USA of Aberdeen. Tab Ramos Sports Center will still be hosting this great event. Tab Ramos Sports Center will also be a TORHS America Sanctioned facility, which also means will be hosting a 2004 TORHS America Regional Tournament (Date TBA).

For those of you who have been to the Aberdeen facility you are aware that many things need to be renovated or fixed. Well within the next few weeks the following things will be done to make your hockey experience even more enjoyable at the Sports Center,

1. Locker Rooms will be redesigned with better lighting and space.
2. Hockey arena lighting will be redesigned to make rink brighter.
3. The SkyBox bar & lounge will now offer a food menu and will be open earlier on tournament weekends.
4. The snack bar menu will be changed to offer a better selection of food.
5. Protective netting will be higher up to ensure the safety of all who attend.

As you can see by things that will be improved that we do care about what people want and what people have suggested to us. Also if you the player, parent or coach can think of anything that may help us make our facility better please feel free to contact me or reply to this message.
