Do any of the colleges offer women's inline hockey as a varsity sport? If they do which ones are they?

Not as of yet. College roller hockey is at what is known as the club sport level, which provides university-recognition and some funding ($0-$20,000). There are over 150 clubs on the men's (coed) side and only about three clubs that are purely for women: UC Davis, U Florida, and Penn State. The SCHL (www.schl.org) has been working on an effort to bring women's teams into their organization, but I am not sure if they have any official women's clubs, yet.
Women's varsity inline hockey will eventually happen, definitely before men's ever goes varsity, but we might be talking 10-15 years before it becomes reality. Right now, girls are coming up through the U8s, U10s, U12s, and U14s age groups. As these girls grow up further, we will need to provide them some support and motivation in staying in and helping build women's college roller hockey.
