Yes - Jaimie was not fired - he owns the place lol(along with others). He let his director of hockey go and replaced him with Adam Stio(or so a reliable source has informed me) - who will presumeably have what ever duties that position includes.
Adam Stio told me he will be the new coach of the Marple Gladiators.
I'm sure some sort of press release or formal announcement will be made concerning the whole thing pretty soon, better to,let them tell us what is happening than to speculate.
Hey Mike where does this leave Simon? On the same level where does this leave the Bullets?
Its just not fun unless you stand in front of it!
Thank God Someone Was Nice Enough To Put Me On Their Team!
Playing hockey somewhere lol. And I'm sure Adam Paskoff will be able to overcome this. He is pretty resourcefull.
Hey yokes, forget simon, where does this leave me??? I am still throwing my hat out to the league to see where I may end up. Don't get me wrong, he's a great player, but there are 3 other guys on the court that need to either get him the puck or put the puck in the net when he is out there. Here is one for you yoke. Would you play for a team that should be in the championship every year, or play for the underdog that no one expects to do anything. The championship's team is stacked, and playing time would be very minimum. On the underdog, you will see a great deal of action. I am curious what you or anyone would do in this potential situation for myself or others looking to play in the MLRH this season.
Dave
I would put myself in the best position as far as playing time and effectiveness. If your asking if I would choose the Glads where I would start 8-10 games over a team where I could start all, Id have to say that ill stay where im at. If im not the starter then I better start busting my butt more to earn that job no matter what team it is. Ive been with the Glads for three years now and every year ive learned more and my play has gotten better. Playing with this team has taken my game to levels never thought of when I first started backstopping 5 years ago. Im now playing with players of high caliber and am exposed to some great tournaments, The Cartoyz won breakout last year, I was selected to PIHA all star last year, NARCh, and now this year in NIKE and ill be in Detriot in August. So to bring it all to a close playing with the Glads has opened me up for more than just MLRH.

So Dave, since the Scrappers are undefeated are you saying we should trade you to an underdog?

Thank you for the insight yokes, knew you would give me valuable information. I still have some time to figure out what I actually want to do, and yes, it would be nice to put that red jersey on for one or two games against the Buzz. Aside from that, you guys are probably the closest to my area anyway. We shall see.....Hey ant, I be talking bout MLRH, not PIHA. Sorry for the confusion...
Hey Mike, Thanks for the vote of confidence.
