Actually most teams have 2 practices a week for 2-3 hrs only cause they do have to work the next day the play on the weekend

my equipment is still good from washing it and yes it does dry out all the way, but it is up to you and if your stuff does get ruined go buy more stuff is not that expensive

Most coaches do stress that passing is better but every kid or even adult wants to be the hero for their team. You only learn that from playing with your teammates for 4 or more years it takes time...

throw it in the washer and use extra detergent then let it air dry. thats what i do. works good peace b
