Is this the WC?
Which always seemed a bit funny to me. That player is going to have to train and play to improve/maintain for the summer anyway. I realize I wouldn't want my multi-million dollar player base jumping...
Interesting. I was looking yesterday to see if there was a record of NHLers that have played in the IIHF Inline worlds in the past. I couldn't find a list but I can think of:
Anti Niemi- Finland...
The IIHF teams are much better than FIRS IMHO
I'm watching Canada and Germany right now. Pretty good quality but it is very jerky.
That looks fantastic. Can't wait to see the whole game. Just what this sport needs.
Is there a way to watch the archived games? I can't see it on espn3 as my provider in hong kong isn't on there.
Will there be a way to watch it after the fact?

Maybe a little biased! Hong Kong XPatriots!
Let's hope it died. For the sports sake.
Just to reply to Matt Zuba regarding the pay:
I just based that figure on one player I know there, I just didn't want to say the exact player or pay in case it was private. Maybe not everyone gets...
I was thinking about GCJaguars question and got to thinking. While I dont know how the average european pro team would fair at Narch, is it really important?
- Where will inline in europe be in 10...
I don't know a lot about the european Pro leagues except that each team is allowed two foreign players and that they make between 15-20K for 6-8mo of work. Not a lot of money but certainly comparable...
Well said. I agree and I have heard that is how some of the Pro inline leagues in Europe work. Ice in the winter, inline in the summer. Perfect!

Fantastic tournament! So much fun. Where is that footage of the skating machine at the end?
Video, video, video!
Went to the HKIC last year for the first time and highly recommend it! Well organized tourney, some great teams and a fantastic city to explore.
Does anyone know of a good website, or have themselves, and good inline specific playbook and/or practice drills? We are a puck possession team. Any help is appreciated.
Thanks
Finally watched the MLRH video on Vimeo. MRLH is not my favorite league as it doesn't usually represent what I feel is the pulse of inline, but for an online game it was great to watch. Though I am...
I think that is a fantastic idea! I really think, done properly, that would be very entertaining. And not just for RH fans but ice as well. I also think they should attach it to the NARCh Pro finals...
