Hey Roy just saw your post and that you are also in St. Louis. I bought the z wheels and used them first time last Sunday in pickup at All American. Felt like I was skating on flat tires. Can't...
I have been using dynasty wheels and thought I would give the factory z wheels a try. I used them for the first time today in a pick up game and they were very sticky but not in a good way. It's as...
Hearing all the hype about these wheels I decided to give them a try even before my dynasty's needed replacement. I bought a set of 76MM Hornet soft (I would have gotten xxsoft but they were not...
thanks. i am currently skating on dynasties and like them a lot but will give the RR hornets a try next. always looking for an edge.
thanks, I missed that. still trying to decide which one would be best, thinking the hornet.
I see on epuck there are two different types of RR wheel. From the description I think I would prefer the Hornet (alas epuck only has the hot shot). Has anyone used both? feedback, prefrences?
I understand there are two types of rink rat wheels. The description I read on epuck sounded like one was similar to the parabolic design i.e. thinner for sharper turns and speed. The other one...
I agree and don't understand why they don't seemed to have caught on. Seems 90% are hi lo.
I have always skated CCM for ice and for roller had tried bauer, easton and mission. About 6 months ago I took a new pair of 852 ice skates and substituted a rocker chasis (carbon fiber) and finally...
I have the response and also the synergy, Shannahan (which curve I prefer). thinking I will cut off the blade on the response and replace with an Easton Shannahan. Has anyone tried this? any reason...
I have all 76mm on my rocker chasis and currently have millenium on front and back and unities in the middle and works well. Previously I tried a harder wheel in the middle (white grippers) but...
any update on when and where available? I see where hockey giant has dynastys for 7.95 and tempted but the reviews on these new wheels is holding me back. You guys that have tried, do you think they...
That is what I did. I just played my first game with the rocker chassis and think I am going to like it a lot. I used all 76s and felt quicker from a dead stop and faster in a race.
Thanks. I read your original post and my problem is different my wheel (76mm) is rubbing against the sole of the skate.
I just installed the carbon fiber version of this chasis on CCM 852 using all 76mm wheels and have the same problem. Did you find a solution? It appears to be a design flaw but that doesn't make...
I just skated the first time on Duality wheels and big improvement over the gripper lites I was using. So far, the're great. Hey, did you ever try the Chem 10?
thanks, I 'll do Duality all around.
For you Trinity/duality users. I am 200lbs. would you recommend the harder duality for the rear and trinity for the front or just go with one or the other all around.
what other wheels have you tried and would you go with the primes again?
No, thats my dad.
Thanks for the recommendation.
I am using gripper lites on sport court and not satisfied with the grip. I have read positive reviews on chem 10 and parabolic reactors and also on trinity. Would appreciate any opinion on these...
