The Buffalo Wings Holiday Cup is scheduled for December 20-22. The team fee is $375 and you are guaranteed 3 games minimum. There are team trophies and individual player plaques for the first and second place teams in each division. Also, there are awards for top scorer and top goalie for each division.
The rink where this tournament is being held, the Kenan Center Arena, is full-sized with a Sport Court playing surface. The Kenan Center is located in Lockport, NY which is about 20 minutes North of Buffalo. You can go to the Buffalo Wings web site at www.buffalowings.net for more information including directions to the rink and hotel information (Best Western only 5 minutes away with a special room rate of $54 per room per night).
There are several youth and adult divisions including a college division. There are already a number of schools that have expressed interest in participating including UB, RIT, St John Fisher, SUNY New Paltz.
