Vapor 2s: '01 vs. '02

Well, in my quest for a good pair of 9.5 Bauers, I found a great deal on some 2001 models. Can anyone say if there is much of a difference between the 01s and the 02s? Are they the same boot construction/materials?

I think the 01 and 02 only diff is that the 01 still have the aluminum rocker chassis where as the 02 have the new carbon fiber material chassis. I think the aluminum chassis is stroger but heavier.

Thanks! I can live with that. Actually, no that I think of it, I think a lot of the retail sale models must be last year's too.
