A couple points:

1. Igloo is a great facility, one of the finest in the nation. It is difficult to find a two-rink facility that has adequate locker rooms, quality of surface, size for parking, location for ease of access from anywhere in the country, room for fans, etc. There simply aren't that many rinks in the country that fit the bill - I'm sure that you'd be hard pressed to find more than one or two facilities from each region that are capable of hosting a national event. If anyone DOES know better facilities that they would like to suggest holding NCT at, drop any of the CRHL directors a line - I'm sure they'll take a look at it.

2. I am not sure about your region, but the ECRHA announces event schedules at the beginning of the year, which lets teams schedule their seasons far in advance. This year, we're doing all the scheduling at the beginning as well, which will allow teams to alert fans to game times months in advance. Push your regional directors - I think this is more of a local issue than a national one.
