New Roller League in Buffalo NY??

Just out of curiosity I recently saw a classified ad in the "Buffalo News" newspaper stating looking for a league administrator for "a new upstart roller hockey program in the Buffalo NY area". Does anyone have any information if this might be a new league to the Buffalo NY area or where the location of the league might be at. Just curious? Thanks!
