i know you have to have more then 9 credits or whatever as an undergrad student to play in the ncrha. What about a grad student? how many credits do they have to have to play? and do you have to be in a grad program to participate in the ncrha? what if you havn't got accepted into a grad program but are taking classes at the university? Thanks a lot any help is appreciated!

At this time there is no formal minimum credit requirement, but you must have verification from the school that you are in a graduate program and pursuing a degree. Taking a class without being in a program is NOT sufficient to prove eligibility; however, if you are taking a minimum of 9 credits you'd be eligible under the general eligibility rule.

So for a grad student pursuing their masters in a certain field, there is no minimum credit hour requirement as long as they are in the program? (to participate in the NCRHA)

Correct. Proof is required that they are enrolled in a graduate program in pursuit of a graduate degree, like MBurke said.
