My buddy in New York says the same thing about the Devils. Do you actually think the NHL brass gets what it wants? If it did, the NHL would have a great television contract with millions of viewers, etc.

The only teams the NHL doesn't want in the Stanley Cup Finals are the Toronto Maple Leafs and the Los Angeles Kings -- the last 40 years proves it. ;)

lol... nah, I know the refs are just dong their jobs. But from a PR standpoint, you can bet the farm that Bettman is praying the Flyers lose, then we'll have the Ovechkin/Crosby matchup.

And in the west, you can bet the NHL wants the Sharks to win, securing that Detroit/Colorado rivalry once again.
