On behalf of our team, I just wanted to thank all the WCRHL teams that were there to support us on our run to the final four. Long Beach, UNLV, UCSD, Pomona, San Bernadino and anyone else who was rooting for us........... I'll even go as far as to say that the comeback against Stony Brook may not have been possible without the "UCI" and "West Coast" chants that kept us going. I think our region really proved a point in Colorado and we're looking forward to another competitive WCRHL season next year.

Hey Jeff,

Thanks for posting this. It was great to meet you this weekend. You and the rest of the UCI Anteaters really made some noise at the NCRHA championships, and all of you acted professionally and courteously, as did the guys from Stony Brook, who I'm sure are licking their wounds right now. That made my job a lot easier, as it's not always fun to walk into the locker room of a losing team. Even after you guys lost to Lindenwood, you retained the same class and maturity. Good work.

Unless I can figure out a way to make Charlie miss his finals, he's leaving due to graduation. Fabian Mueller just completed his final year of eligibility. So we're losing 2 awesome players, and it cuts our number nearly in half! But we may have one or two surprises for next season's team....you'll have to wait and see.

the stony brook game gives me chills in particular. i think this beats lambert's lindenwood victory, or four shorties (no offense), but i think this video just speaks for itself. could even rank up there with Itan Chiavara's.

P.S. Make Charlie take grad classes just so we can see him play again. I think everyone would like to see him back, especially the boys in the east coast from stony brook lol.
