Hi Folks,

As this is pretty timely, I figured it ought to be on the Message Board.

Just so you know, I was not kidding when I said that the 2002 NARCh Winternationals will SELL-OUT!

If you have already called to confirm your spot that does not mean your team is in. If we have received your team entry form and fee, and we have sent you a confirmation by mail or e-mail then your team is in. It is absolutely crucial for those teams that have not totally completed the registration process to do so.

Some of the following divisions are over-sold as of today. If your team is in one of the following divisions, I would recommend you call me on Tuesday or Wednesday of this week. Tuesday October 16th starts the First-Come, First Serve registration period.

Atom- There is a small possibility.
Mite- Maybe a spot available.
Squirt- There is a chance.
Pee Wee- Flip a coin.
Bantam- Over-sold...but call to get on waiting list.
Junior- Over-sold...but call to get on waiting list. ?Junior division just plain rocks?.
D1- Over-sold...but call to get on waiting list. ?I can?t believe it?.
Womens- Possibly a spot available.
Senior Platinum- Maybe a spot available.
Senior Gold- Could be a spot available.
College- 8 teams thanks to the great Collegiate Roller Hockey League (CRHL).
35 & Over- Maybe a spot available.

Registration Procedures:
As in 2001, we will utilize a priority registration procedure for Winternationals. All teams that participated in either the Gold or Platinum Division at the 2001 NARCh Finals this past summer in Florida will receive priority over all other teams if they register before OCTOBER 15.

AFTER THAT DATE, WE WILL ACCEPT TEAM REGISTRATIONS FROM ALL TEAMS ON A FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED BASIS FOR ANY DIVISIONS THAT STILL HAVE OPENINGS.

Teams that played at the 2001 Finals can register for the same division that they played in at the Finals, or they may register for the next older age division. However, all players must still be age eligible to play in any division.

The overall registration deadline is Dec. 1, 2001. All teams must be registered by this date. As always, I highly recommend that you register early, as the demand for entry into the 2002 Winternationals is extremely high and it will sell out quickly.

If you are planning on registering for the Winternationals, please call Jason to confirm your participation. You will have 7 days from the date of your call to send your check and registration form. If we do not receive your payment within 7 days, you will be removed from the registration list. Once we have received your check and entry form, you will receive a confirmation package by mail containing a team roster and waiver form .

Location: Crystal Palace in Las Vegas, Nevada
Dates: January 3-8, 2002.

Call Jason at NARCh to register team at (760) 752-9700 ext 110 or e-mail jason@narch.com.
