Bracket Seeding

Does anyone have the breakdown of how seeding for the playoff brackets will be chosen?

I don't understand why it was setup for Towson and Central Florida to be playing to see who faces Michigan State in the 2nd round for the second time.

Yeah that one has me puzzled too (I'm not at the event).

Usually they try to avoid two things in that meeting:
1) Having teams from the same region meet in the first round
2) Having teams from the same pools meet in the first/second round
