No St. Louis forecast means anything. They have no clue what the weather's really going to be like. We've had "scattered showers" in the forecast for the past two weeks....which means anything from clear skies to hours upon hours of pouring rain....and we've had both.
"High of 65" sometimes means 80-85 (that happened last week).
And those are 24-hour forecasts. 10-day forecasts mean nothing. :)

700 miles in rain wont be fun

Yikes!
THE COLD FRONT WHICH WILL MOVE THROUGH THE AREA ON TUESDAY WILL
BRING AN ABRUPT END TO THE ABOVE AVERAGE TEMPERATURES WE HAVE BEEN
EXPERIENCING ACROSS THE BI-STATE AREA. A LARGE CANADIAN HIGH
PRESSURE SYSTEM WILL BUILD INTO THE REGION AND DOMINATE OUR WEATHER
PATTERN THROUGH THE WEEKEND. LOW TEMPERATURES WILL FALL BELOW
FREEZING DURING THE LATER HALF OF THE WEEK AND INTO THE WEEKEND. LOW
TEMPERATURES ARE FORECAST TO DROP BELOW FREEZING FROM THURSDAY
MORNING THROUGH SUNDAY MORNING.

Man, is it nasty here.... the rain this morning was ridiculous, the lightning is awesome, and the tornado warnings are something I don't get to actually experience too often...
