Parkway Arena Winter Hockey Tournament

Date: December 2nd and 3rd

All teams should make travel plans to be able to play on applicable Saturday, 2nd by 11am.

Entry Fee: $300 per team. All fees must be PAID IN FULL No Later than November 30th. (Come on $300 per team is nothing.)

Tournament Information

(NOTE): This is NOT a USA Hockey sanctioned tournament)

1st Place trophy - is a ridiculous amount of Beer (Beer brand depending on sponsor)

2nd and 3rd place teams receive a long drive back home nice and sober pondering on where they went wrong.

There will be a limited Pro-Shop as well as a Concession stand (food) at the event.

For those of you that do not have a team to play on and are looking to participate in this tournament please Contact Carlos. He has a free agent list full of people wanting to play as well as teams needing extra players.

Rink Information

Rink Dimensions: 90?x 185? Ice Court Floor, Heavy Duty Ice Goals

(Beer will be distributed to Captain of Winning team. Captain must be of legal drinking age)

how much exactly is a ridiculous amount of beer? remember, we are talking about hockey players here...

Well, I guess it depends on how many guys you put on your team.

Last tournament we had 6 cases I believe,

Thats 6 cases for the winner of the A-Division and 6- for the winner of the B-Division.

The A-division winners ended up only having 6 guys, so about 20+ beers in each case, you do the math.

Well... a case per person is certainly more than a reasonable reward, but i'm not sure i can quantify that as ridiculous... that might only rate a copious... now a keg per person, that would be ridiculous lol...
