I am returning to the game after a 5 year break and need a little help.
I am looking for some new skates and have no clue what is decent skates now? I always liked my chassis rockered, I felt I got better control when turning. So let me know what you all think.

Also i am going to need some wheels for a poly over wood floor and for tile flooring.

Thanks for the info in advance,
Steve

Steve,

None of the inline hockey skate manufacturers produce any complete skates anymore with a rockerable chassis. You can get a chassis only from smarthockey.com (http://www.smarthockey.com/prod_tuuk_rocker.php?sid=8344529358015852) or some other place online, but you would have to mount it to the boot of your choice. Or you could scour Ebay for old used complete setups that had a rocker chassis or one of the old style frames that you could flip the spacers around for the rocker effect.

My suggestion would be to take a look at some of the options and packages that Mission has to offer on their 2006 skates. They use a frame that has all of the wheels on the floor, but the frames are nice and short as far as axle to axle length. The shorter frame length might be a bit easier transition for you adjust to from a rockered setup.
