At your local Home Depot, Lowes, etc, you can pick up some pieces of thin plexi-glass. It makes the puck slide better than pure concrete or asphalt, even if you're just stick handling.

The owners of that rink owned another rink called Skateplex and it had a tile flooring on one of its rinks that was made for outdoors. The flooring is in storage right now and I am sure they wouold love to sell it.

Tell whoever answers what you are looking for and they should be able to put you in touch with the person selling it.
