Hi Folks,

IHC has a newly updated Rink Raps Chat Room.

Come test it out with me and IHC Webmaster Justin Nazarenko on Monday, August 14, at 6 p.m. Pacific Standard Time (9 p.m. Eastern Standard Time).

Well I have no idea what my crazy life will be like on Aug 14th, or July 14th for that matter ( I do PRAY that I'll be in the new house by then though).

So if anyone (uhum, Rich, Justin) can remember to email me to remind me, then I (or even Rabbit) will be there to chat :)

That message was from a year ago. LOL. IHC's readers are welcome to use the Chat Room at any time. At the moment, I'm too busy to schedule chats.

Hi Reaper,

I'm a little bit surprised at your negativity.

The IHC Chat Room has been used quite a lot in the past, and I know for a fact that some inline hockey groups use it to have "real time" discussions about producing tournaments, etc.

I've also hosted Chat Room sessions with inline hockey pro players that were well-attended. Without a pro league, those discussions naturally ended.

I don't know, but that old line about "If you've got nothing nice to say, don't say anything at all," seems pretty appropriate here.

Im not being negative but it has been my experience over the years that online chatrooms don't generate much traffic. It's one of those wizbang ideas that never really follow through.
Like I said hopefully I will be wrong.
