Just to let goalies know that there are 3 ITECH goalie helmets being recalled and 2 cages. Go to www.itech.com to find out information about what your options are. I read about it in USA Hockey magazine. I have one of the recalled helmets.

If your looking to replace your Itech mask, I'd suggest the NXI. The lightest, safest helmet I've worn. Half the size and weight of my old Pro Masque.

I just got my replacement for my Itech 1100. I had to send just the wire cage. I also bought an 1100 replacement cage and got a new Itech 1201 mask free.
It's a sweet mask I didn't even havew to pay s&h. If you have one of the recalled masks, Its well worth being not able to play for about two weeks. Its like getting two masks for the cost of a replacement cage, if you want one. Otherwise you get a free mask.

I had to send the entire mask and got the 1201 as a replacement. I like the new mask better then my old one because it has a sweat band on it. I wouldn't even have known about it if I had not read the american hockey magazine.

I've looked on the http://www.itech.com website but couldn't find the product re-call notice, where about's on the site is it to be found?

The full URL for the page in question would be very helpful.

They had a link to it on the main page. If it is not there you may want to email them at: recall@itech.com

I hope this helps
