Ok. So when is the season going to start. I thought the league started in September but your tryouts aren't until the end of September. What is going on here?

Because this is a shortened Festival season, we're looking at getting started at the end of October, early November. Once we get confirmation from the teams, we'll know how many Festivals we will be scheduling and what time period to schedule them in.

Same teams different teams, I think.

What about the West Coast or Midwest?

You guys should get out of your shell.

End of October, early November?! With Thanksgiving and Xmas around the corner from your start date, won't that screw up scheduling a bit.

Festival? Can you define "festival"?

Also, just a quick note, a little info is better than no info. There's nothing you guys can share with us??? Anything, something???

lol

These guys are worse then the Chinese Mafia. What's the big secret.

The little that I know has me really not that excited anyway. Same teams for the exception of one or two from the MLRH of last year. I am curious to see if teams from the PIHA will play.

Even though I don't like doing this and the information might change, I'll try to let you know what we're thinking. Right now, we're looking at a Festival consisting of 4 teams getting together at one location, playing two double-headers over a weekend. These games will be played in full-season format, 4, 12-minute stop-time quarters. We're still working on a lot of details surrounding all this. The exact time when these Festivals will take place has yet to be determined, but will be based on how many teams we end up with. It's possible that there may be more than one Festival going on, on any particular weekend.

Again, please don't jump all over me if any of this changes.

Each team plays a double header each day or is it 1 game on Saturday and 1 on Sunday. Total of 2 games each per weekend.

Ant,

As you know, I've decided to take a year off from Coaching and Managing. However, I feel I still have some game left, and plan on trying out for this years team. Tell Marc to watch his back in the corners during tryouts.

Best of luck,

Dan D
