I play ice hockey along with high school inline hockey. I bought a pair of mission s400 Mission ice hockey skates, which came along with a free L-2 shaft and blade. Does anyone have one? Is it a good stick?

It's the 2-piece version of the M1, with fewer curves offered I believe. I've heard only good reviews of it, but haven't used it. When I flexed it in teh store, the 85 felt like an 80, and the 100 was flexier as well, so keep that in mind...

I have one and I LOVE IT! It is pretty light and it has an awesome kick to it. Made my snap shot, wrist shot and slap shot just a little bit faster

It finally came!! Yay!!!... Darn it! My 85 flex stick is too tall. I already took the plyg out of it, but I'll have to get used to it being at the height of my nose. Will the length throw off my shots?

Incorrect. The M-2 is the 2-piece version of the M-1 which will accept any standard blade.
The L-2 is all new and is a low kick shaft that uses short hosel blades.
Both are good sticks. My wife bought me the M-2 for my birthday and I really like it. I wanted the M-1 for so long but now with the M-2 I can try different blades.

Just Cut it......
By the way, the L2 is basically a reincarnation of the Flyweight..... which in my opinion, is the best stick Mission has EVER produced, hands down.

Its a killer stick.....made my slap, snap, and wrist shots a bit faster. I used to break sticks very easily but this L2 is VERY durable......great stick
