Does it seem to many of you that many players only shop where the prices are lowest? Price is not the most important factor when buying at any retailer, whether it be online or a brick-and-mortar store. What you cannot put a price on is SELECTION and SUPERB SERVICE! Did you know that Walmart sells computers? Try going in to your local Walmart and asking an employee what size cache the hard drive has! If we only shop for price, eventually the excellent retailers will be out of business. You might not know it, but usually people that have great knowledge command a higher salary, and employees that CARE about customers also usually make more. I would NEVER take ePuck up on their offer of matching someone else's price- why should I quabble for a $2 savings on a product? Because of their great service and selection, it wouldn't bother me in the slightest to pay a little more for a product- it costs $$ to carry a large inventory and have a bigger building to house it! Why would anyone want to save a little money but wait 4 days till their product is even shipped?? Lets ALL OF US support the excellent online retailers we use and not even worry about saving a few dollars- we will ALL WIN in the long run! SAY NO TO PRICE MATCHING- 'YES' TO FANTASTIC SERVICE AND SELECTION!

Hmm..Well.. for me? I have to shop online, because we have NOONE close to in town. Fortunately, I only live about an hour and a half away from Black Ice(EPUCK). But still, I order online from epuck because it's still CHEAPER for them to ship to my house in 2 days than it is for me to hook up the old beater truck and head that way. Also, I have many kiddies about, and yes, I will still send them an email letting them know that Joe's cheapskates shop is a buck cheaper, why? Because, if EPUCK didn't want to help you by PRICE MATCHING then they wouldn't offer it. Kevin is MORE THAN HAPPY to bend over backwards and help in any way. In fact, on a trip to the actual store, I was looking at some new gear, and he could "sense?" I wanted a particular item, but I still went for the cheaper one. He offered to knock off a few dollars so I could get what I wanted. THAT'S SERVICE! THAT'S HOW BUSINESSES EARN THEIR GREAT REPUTATIONS! You have seen me post a zillion things on epuck, I will NOT buy from anyone else, but I will take them up on THEIR policy of price matching. Now....if you were out looking for a car, saw it cheaper at Joe's rentawreck, you can't tell me you wouldn't tell the greatest auto dealer in the world that he's a little too high on their price now , would ya ? Good luck, and save some dough! Oh yeah, if Joe would ever see that price isn't everything, and finally offered good service, maybe EVERYONE wouldn't go to EPUCK!!! laters, j-bo
