    The East Valley YMCA Roller Hockey League's 2012 Winter Roller Hockey season is scheduled to start the week of February 13, 2012 (date subject to change).

    ***Note: Team captain must make complete payment in full***

    *All payments must be made at:
    East Valley YMCA Office
    5142 Tujunga Ave., North Hollywood, CA 91601

    * All games will take place at:
    East Valley YMCA's Dave Potell Memorial Hockey Rink
    11455 Magnolia Blvd., North Hollywood, CA 91601

    Team Sign Ups:
    * Fee: $880 per team
    * Once your TEAM is confirmed, a TEAM NUMBER will be assigned.
    * This TEAM NUMBER must be presented at time of payment.
    * Payment must be made in full by the week of February 20, 2012.
    * TEAM CAPTAINS must make complete payment in full before team play.
    * Partial payments are not accepted.

    Individual Sign Ups:
    * If you are interested in playing but do not have a team to play with:
    * Please email Brad Werner at Brad@EVYMCAHockey.com with your information (including name, phone number, skill level interested in playing)
    * We will be sure to add you to the Free Agents List and help in finding a team for you.
    * Free Agents may be assigned to a Free Agents team if not picked up.
