    MLRH TO HONOR BULLFROG LEGEND JOE COOK

    MLRH opening night, in October of 2011, Anaheim Bullfrog fans will have a lot to celebrate with the return of one of the most popular teams in the history of Orange County.

    The return of the Bullfrogs to MLRH action will be a very special event as the league and Bullfrog fans honor number 47, Joe Cook, a four time RHI all star and winner of three RHI and one MLRH world championship(s).

    MLRH declares, this momentous evening, "Joe Cook night" and the Anaheim Bullfrogs out of respect for all of Joe’s accomplishments on and off the rink in Orange county, will be unveiling number 47 as it will be displayed in it's final resting place, at the 949 roller hockey center for all to see and celebrate high above the playing surface.

    Chairman emeritus, Bob Elder, will be hosting the onfloor event, where Joe will be remembered and recognized for his accomplishments as the top defenseman in points and goals for the Anaheim Bullfrogs.

    Join MLRH, its owner and president Bill Raue, the 2011 Anaheim Bullfrogs and their ownership, the players and the Cook family as we reminisce, review and look back on an amazing career of one of the most popular players in the history of the Anaheim Bullfrogs.

    After the retirement presentation, MLRH fans in attendance and those watching world-wide on Roller Hockey TV will be treated to a special bonus as Joe himself, will provide the color commentary to the MLRH Anaheim Bullfrogs game viewed exclusively on Rollerhockeytv.net! MLRH fans around the world will be encouraged to "twitter" their thoughts and well wishes to Joe on this night, live during the webcast.

    FROG'S NEW LOGO
    When the Frogs take the floor in October, they will be wearing a new look but retaining the Bullfrogs tradition. Created by Bertagni Design in Tustin, CA, the new logo remains true to the history but adds a dynamic contemporary look.

    Taylor, who financially supported such professional inline hockey ventures as IHA (Inline hockey association) and other business ventures for inline hockey players, is currently residing in both Klauea, Hawaii and Irvine, California. Eric brings forth both great energy and excitement to his passion for the inline game and has had two sons who have both played high school, tournament travel hockey and College inline hockey. Both boys are still involved with the sport.

    TAYLOR JOINS BULLFROGS OWNERSHIP GROUP
    Eric Taylor, a long time roller hockey enthusiast and supporter, has been named as part of the ownership group for the Anaheim Bullfrogs.
