Look around on the net, recently they were going as low as $150. BTW do you plan to put a new chassis(replacing the vibe) on the boot, because I've thought about doing that.

Why not just get the kit to replace the vibe? It would be alot less costly, and I have heard good things about it. I believe you can get them from epuck.com, but you have to call..

At CRHL Nationals I was checking out a pair of Flyweight boots with E Frame alloy chasis. I thought I was going to soil myslef after looking at them. Oh... and they belong to a guy who wears the dreaded vertical stripes... ahhhh

They were amazing... crazy light, they looked great, and the performance... was wasted on a referee... I sure hope he plays some serious hockey with skates like those...

He better play some actual hockey like that. I know lots of refs with like $500 skates but dont play hockey, what morons, they should give them to me;-) lol

I know... its sad. Type M's with the Alloy would be sweet skates. I was going to get an Alloy for my Nike Quest I's but I think I am gonna get my hands on a set of Quest V-12's in Hi-Ho Silver... They are one of the sickest skates I have ever seen in my life!
