More often then not, when someone posts regarding customer service, its often the negative aspects, despite what industry is being discussed online. From computers to skates, its a non-issue.
You were my last hope at resolving my situation, which of course turned out to be more disinformation from the shop in question than on your end. In no way were you obligated to step up and expedite a solution, yet you did. Response to my email was fast and a resolution quick as well.
For all of this I say thanks, my debt of gratitude goes a bit deeper than what I can type here online, but its a start.
