Does any one know if the synergy comes in a Coffey curve?
Does any composite one piece have this curve? What would
the closest be to coffey if I had to choose?
Thatnks in advanced..

From what I've heard, don't get the Eclipse. The Coffey curve is somewhere between a Sakic and an Yzerman curve, but with a pretty closed face.

Based on above, sounds like a Modano might work for you...

I played with the coffey curve for years. I have found that the sakic curve is the closest curve to it.

I also was a coffey guy for a long time, I switched to the Yzerman earlier this season. The lie is a bit different, but you adjust to it pretty quick.

Gary:
you obviously have a higher level of skills than I...to me the Yzerman is a freakin' banana...almost impossible to work any touch and control on the puck...obviously, Steve Yzerman has some success with it, I guess, but, sheesh, us poor little rec players need something a bit more stable...

The lie of the coffey curve is what I like the most. The heel
of the blade is pretty much even with the toe.

I also like the Yzerman a lot too.

Well, its really all a matter of taste, the true Gretzky curve was very straight, so he could get off an accurate backhand. I'm more of a percision shooter, I like to pick the corners, so the big hook helps me out. The fade on the Yzerman helps me lift the puck too, so I can get accurate shots just below the crossbar. It's all a science, and it boils down to what works with your form. Good luck!

I have never been able to get off a shot with a curve like on a Gretzky blade, I need the curve ;-)

I have been using the madano curve. Hopefully this summer I will be able to get a synergy.

Has anybody tried the Amonte? It's got one hell of a curve, I think it's like a Shanahan.
I shifted from a Messier to a Amonte and am having a real hard time adjusting.

Hey Rob,I picked up the Sherwood Eclipse today.Good puck
control wicked light weight.Snap and wrist shoots come off
quick, however slap shots ehhh,a little to stiff for me I cant get a bend out of it.hopefully after a little more use
it will break in...Overall I like it.....

nice,
I had a hard time adjusting to one piece sticks also. I had a great wrist and snap but no slap. I have recently switched back to the 2 peice sticks though due to the fact that I break 1 pieces like crazy. Let me know how you like it after a few uses..
