Living in Ireland in Europe! we find it very hard to get affordable gear so have to order over the internet from the states. I have to say we have found epuck the best then hockeymonkey then hockeygiant(great for large team orders). Anyway Tuesday the 18th of March I ordered form hockeyking.net a set of Abec 7 bsb bearings and labeda orange millenium grippers regular bearing size for my brothers missions.(I love the millenium grippers). I rang in the order and the lady took down all of the details and said she would ring back shortly or email me. I waited till Thursday the 20th so rang them again and the lady said she had taken down the details wrongly so I had to put the whole order through again. I was assured they would be here on the 25th or the 26th. I rang them again the other night the man taking the order wrote down on the Address Dublin, Ireland, United States. Ireland is in Europe he had previously doublechecked the address though offered no apology for the mistake he accepted he made. I have been charged over $40 for postage. Epuck charged me $20 for a lot more gear. I only just discovered they only went out yesterday the 25th. My brothers national playoffs are tomorrow so I will have to cancel the order. Also why do they still order advertise loads of Nexed gear they do not have in stock. It appears to be a completely unproffesional setup.
