for the uninitiated, it is farther from El Paso to Dallas than it is from Chicago to New York; Texas is a big state...mile marker 880 eastbound on Interstate-10 is the highest number in the contiguous 48 states...

Is this the facility in Midland? just curious...

Why exactly is the rink for sale? Is it losing money in that area or what? There has to be a reason or a down side. As hard as it is to get a rink built, people don't just walk away for 50k unless they're losing big. What's the deal?
