Hi Folks,

What team did the Anaheim Bullfrogs play in their home opener, and what did their uniforms make the players resemble? This is a two-part question; part two is open to interpretation... but it has to be close to what I'm thinking they looked like. LOL.

Think it was the Oakland Skates....They were definatly tatooed with alot of sponsors on their left arms if I'm not mistaken - so I would say a billboard for Roller Hockey Companies??

Calgary was just thie first opponent of the season i recall. not the home opener opponent. If memory serves me its Connecticut. Florida keeps popping in my head but i have to say Connecticut. ??????

Thanks to a five second internet seach:

The bullfrogs beat the Utah Rollerbees 12-4

I am guessing they looked like bullfrogs (when in doubt, shoot for the obvious)

No, but I was talking about the Rollerbees, and in their yellow uniforms, to me they resembled skating bananas. I don't figure anyone would guess that, so you're the winner. /wtimages/icons/smile.gif
