Does anyone know if Mission or anyone else plans to manufacture any type of adapter which can be used to replace Mission's VIBE suspension and "convert" the VIBE frame to a conventional frame in case the suspension wears out or is damaged?

I havent heard of anything like that, maybe you should contact mission and ask them about it. If I was you I would just get a new chassis, I replaced my vibe chassis (it wasnt messed up I just realy disliked it) on my old skates with a labeda sensor chassis. If you go to hockeymonkeys site they have several chassis from $50 to about $120. Hope this helps you out.

Yes, there is any adapter available. I would call Mission at 714-556-8856 and ask where you can get them. You most likely will need a retailer to order them for you.

Thanks Justin1933 for responding. I contacted over 20 online retailers and only E-Puck.com knew of this adapter and have them in stock. I went to their site but could not find it. I wrote them back to ask where it's listed. Once I find out, I'll post it here in case anyone else is interested. (P.S. Thanks missionhockey21 for responding also.)

I have a pair of Mission RPM skates. Minus the VIBE-2 on the back, the chassis itself is quite good in my opinion. I'd hate to toss it. Hopefully, with these adapters I can salvage the chassis. Once I get the adapters, the main issue will be removing the VIBE components. I saw a posting by missionhockey21 that said "To my knowledge there is no way to get them off, believe me I tried" - (Re: Mission 2002 skates... [re: sriley] 01/08/03 08:33PM.) I'll write E-Puck.com and see if they have any suggestions on removal. (Mission hasn't been quick on responding to any of my e-mails.) If I find out anything, I'll post it here.
