Does someone from CRHL know when the site will be up?

I just got off the phone with Mike Mackert, CRHL's Chief Information Officer. Mackert runs CRHL.net on a server linked through the Michigan State U backbone (or something to that effect). He mentioned that it might be a temporary glitch in the MSU connection, but he's in the middle of classes right now (3:30 EST) and will look into it later this evening, if it is still down.

Huck was right, more or less. :)

I get DSL service through MSU, and they were having some issues with their service. So while MSU was actually up, all the DSL folks were having connections flip on and off. They're working on fixing it, and it seems to be behaving a bit better now.
