In Vegas, what traditionally has been the start time for Division I games? The Block schedule shows DI begins on Thursday and states all teams must be ready to play at 6:am, but what time do you really think DI games will begin?

Thanks

usually D-1 starts late. It may change because Daryn does do things differently at times. Not to say any better or any worse, just different. I can't remember a time that I have seen a NARCh tournament game scheduled at 6am.

I have a question, maybe someone can answer here. How come there was this big deal awhile back about OCC not playing D1 at winternationals because they were not a "real" college team, all the talk was because there school wasent a D1 school according to the CRHL, but I heard the ECRHA is sending an "all star" squad to winternationals to play in D1. The ecrha team wouldnt be a D1 school its just a team made up of D1 players, something dosent seem fare to me here, but then again guess thats how the CRHL does things. Any input on this?

Travis:

The ECRHA Quest Selects are playing in NARCh's DI division; this is an age group. The CRHL ETS at NARCh's Winternationals is a whole different grouping.

the ecrha all-star team are the best players comprised of teams in the ecrha. where and how would that be "unfair" if OCC wouldnt be able to play? its two separate divisions. it would be different and illegal to have an all star ecrha team playing in the college division. understand? plus the community college known as OCC will be there anyways playing as the tour gretzky predators...they always have a strong showing, but you cant have an all star college team playing in the college division, but they could play, just as any other team who was organized participate in any age division, as long as they meet the requirements (age,sex,platinum/gold players, etc).
