Hi,

Quick question: For a roller hockey player, what is the equivalent to the padded hockey shorts that ice hockey players wear? Do you wear something under the long pants?

Some players wear girdles like in ice hockey but they're lightweight and look very different in design from the ice hockey's girdles. I personally don't care for them but the few times I've worn mine it was well worth it.

Girdles, uhug, can't stand em but a couple of times with the built in cup they've saved me ;)

Whenever i do dust off the ol' girdle it's never needed but it always seems like the next game i could of really used it, ouch.
