Team Names

I have a question regarding team names. Is it ok to use a RHI team name and jerseys for a roller hockey team. I live in Las Vegas and I want to use the RHI flash name and jerseys. I am also considering calling my team the Rolling Thunder after our old IHL team. I would only use these team names for tournaments.

From the little bit of info I know in regards to this I thought you weren't allowed to use something that is copyrighted if you were to make profit off of it. I mean you see younger teams with nhl jerseys all the time, and that is no problem at all. Hope this helps.
