I search the web everyday looking for interesting tidbits of info on Roller Hockey (Sounds crazy but it is my job!). Without question this site is the most informative and seems to have the growth of the sport etc... at the forefront without getting in the middle of political headaches. It also has a nice International flavour.
I really think the sport needs a magazine to take the next step but... until then why don't we buy IHC memberships (I have heard they are available but have no idea how to get one or how much they are??) and that way Richard can spend a few bucks accumulating more stats, tournament write ups and chasing some advertisers.
Richard if you read this can you tell me how I can buy a membership and if your readers all buy one if/how that will assist in the pursuit of running the best Roller Hockey site on the web?? If you don't have memberships can you set something up so the keen readers can do their bit to help get the site more info and interesting articles for the 'Hockey Nuts' of the World!! Keep up the good work.

Cheers mate!

Hi Canuck,

Thanks for your supportive post, I appreciate it.

I do have an IHC Subscriber Update that I e-mail out to interested readers. It costs $20 per year and it is a way to supplement IHC's advertising support, which is sometimes spotty.

Subscribing will gain you access to new editorial that I will personally create to make it worth the subscription fee, including, but not limited to:

* Late-breaking news in advance via e-mail.
* Personal e-mail updates on new tournaments, etc., available only to subscribers.
* Discounts on inline hockey equipment from IHC advertisers.
*Contests.

If you love this site and want to keep it on the Web, there are two ways to get an annual IHC Subscriber Update:

1. Mail a $20 (U.S.) check or money order to:

Inline Hockey Central
c/o Richard Graham
P.O. Box 409
Santa Monica, CA 90406-0409

or

2. E-mail $20 to [email protected] via www.PayPal.com.

(If you want to donate more than $20 for a subscription, I'll mention such "Super Subscribers" in the IHC Subscriber Updates!)

Sincerely,

Richard Graham

Hi Richard,
Thanks for the reply. I think the IHC website is great for hockey in America and the more that can be done to encourage coverage for the sports events the better.
At the end of the day $20 is nothing and if it means the site is a little more profitable then it is a small amount of money well spent. I am sure I will be able to save the $20 one hundred times over on the gear discounts. I'm in the market for a new pair of skates so they will come in handy!
Cheque is in the mail and I look forward to reading the newsletters in the future...

Canuck

Hi Canuck,

Thanks again. I'll be putting a story about IHC's Subscriber Updates on the Home Page shortly so that others who value IHC can help out too. I appreciate your support.

Sincerely,
